How to Place order of Statues and Handicrafts
Six Simple Steps To Place wholesale purchase order with EMFEX
1. Kindly visit the product pages in details and send us an email to xportarts@emfex.com specifying the item codes, the quantity of each item you want to purchase, your name, full address, contact numbers and business briefs. or you can DOWNLOAD our order form, fill it up and send it to xportarts@emfex.com.

You can select any number of pieces per designs unless otherwise mentioned below the items as MOQ !!! The minimum wholesale order is $500.00USD only to start with.

Buyers with bulk requirements, kindly for Contact us samples. We feel the requirement of our customers to build long term business relations. Please communicate with us to experience the warmth and be our family member.
2. We will prepare a proforma invoice based on your information specifying the item price, estimated shipping charges and discounts if any.
3. The customer is supposed to transfer the amount according to the proforma invoice. Kindly visit Payment Options for details. As soon as the payment has been realized, we start preparing the consignment and usually book the consignment with the courier agents within 1-2 days depending on the quantity and amount of the order.

WE DO NOT HAVE ANY hidden charges for shipment, packing and handling. We select the courier agent as per the convenience and urgency of the  business client.
4. The day when we booked the consignment we will send you the following documents.
  • Scanned copy of the courier receipt where you can find the Tracking Number and  number of cartoons.
  • Invoice Submitted to the courier bill .
  • Final Invoice .
  • Accounts .
5. You will find all the final billings and accounts in the final invoice. The item code serial number will be attached to the items in the consignment so that you could find out the items systematically.
6. The consignment will reach at your place within 5-7 days depending on the courier agent, mode of shipping and the destination.

1. Shipment will take place ONLY at your billing address as per the proforma invoice. Kindly DO check the address and contact numbers in the proforma invoice.  The change of address or contact numbers could not be entertained once the consignment has dispatched from our office.
2. In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, flight delays, inability of manufacturers to deliver orders due to ill-health or other unavoidable circumstances. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.
3. The choice of the consignment carrier is made by the sole discretion of EMFEX.
4. We Do prefer to deal with TNT or FedEx for their fastest professional service and reasonable shipping charges. Visit www.tnt.com, www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com.
5. If you however have any preference or suggestion regarding the mode of shipment you can definitely share with us.
6. The consignment will be delivered to the buyer's specified address by the consignment carrier, after the clearance of all the customs formalities.
7. TOTAL ACTUAL SHIPPING BILL WOULD BE ADDED TO THE CUSTOMER'S FINAL INVOICE.
